Product Manager for Top Friends at Slide in San Francisco, CA

Responsibilities:
* Managing Slide's web development including product specifications and messaging
* Managing the entire product life cycle from conception to development to release
* Determine product specifications via Market Requirements Document (MRD)
* Quantitative analysis of product/key metrics
* Initiate and prioritize projects within engineering and QA, track product development, and develop product launch plans
* Engage closely with engineering team and assist in determining the best technical implementation methods as well as reasonable execution schedule
* Establish short and long term product goals and strategies.
Requirements:
* Resume with proven results not just description of duties - We want to see metrics
* Passion for writing product specifications, White papers, MRD (need writing sample)
* Outstanding written and oral communication skills
* Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to details
* Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding strategy
* Strong aptitude for determining the optimal way to position products in the market
* An enthusiastic, performance-driven self-starter and team player
* Previous start-up experience is a strong plus
* BA/BS degree (CS, EE, Math, Stats preferred)
Bonus:
* Proven ability in developing winning product strategies for consumer internet space
* Experience with Social Media and a global audience a plus
